The Warning Clause

This is The Warning Clause for this site. The warnings will be given as such:

1. No Spam
1st time, Verbal Warning
2nd time, 5% Warning
3rd time, 5% Warning
4th time, 10% Warning

2. No Flamming
1st time, 5% Warning
2nd time, 5% Warning
3rd time, 10% Warning
4th time, 3 Day Ban

3. No advertising of any products (Unless with permission)
1st time, 5% Warning
2nd time, 5% Warning
3rd time, 10% Warning
4th time, 3 Day Ban

4. No Plagarism
1st time, 5% Warning
2nd time, 5% Warning
3rd time, 10% Warning
4th time, 3 Day Ban

5. No IM terms (Example: brb, lol, etc.)
1st time, Verbal Warning
2nd time, 5% Warning
3rd time, 5% Warning
4th time, 10% Warning

6. No triple posting (Unless it is your fan game, or in an Roll-Playing Game, in which case there is no quadruple posting)
1st time, 5% Warning
2nd time,10% Warning
3rd time, 3 Day Ban
4th time, 1 Week Ban

7. No revising of threads over three months old (Unless you are an Admin., Mod., or the creator of the thread)
1st time, 5% Warning
2nd time, 10% Warning
3rd time, 3 Day Ban
4th time, 1 Week Ban

8. No Identity theft, we will know and you will be permanently banned
1st time, 3 Day Ban
2nd time, 1 Week Ban
3rd time, 3 Week Ban
4th time, Permanent Ban

9. No correcting someones rule breaking unless you are a mod or admin, in which case, see "For Mods and Admins Only"
1st time, Verbal Warning

10. No double accounts, we will find you, and you will be permanently banned
1st time, 3 Day Ban
2nd time, 1 Week Ban
3rd time, 3 Week Ban
4th time, Permanent Ban

11. Respect the rules inside forums (Which only certain forums will have)

2nd time, Verbal Warning
